Pho tastes really good when it's snowing out
Happy New Year to everyone! We had a beautiful vacation with family in New Mexico and it is good to be open again. We actually couldn't wait to get back in the kitchen and have a set menu to eat off again. I suppose it is a good thing that I missed my own food over the break? Biting into a lemongrass pork sandwich and a plate of dumplings was kind of like sliding into your own bed after a week of camping. Good times.

finally! pho in provo! my family always has to go to slc. we'll have to try it sometime!
