We have been crazy busy the last couple months planning and working towards opening a new place. We are getting close. The target opening date is June 1, but for anyone that has talked with us about Rooster - you know our plans may change once or a dozen times. This process has been incredibly exciting and stressful but I am confident you will enjoy what is emerging. The menu is going to be great and we can't wait to fire up.

Fabulous news--I can't wait to see the menu when it's launched! I hope this doesn't mean that Dew will be closing though? I feel like I just discovered it and would be terribly sad to lose one of my absolute favorite restaurants in Utah!
Just curious if you guys are moving into the old Sego Arts Center or in the other shop space?
We're excited nonetheless.
