Summer Series with EDP

Wednesday May 27 we will be open for a great show with Othello, Red Spectral and Hot Parents - followed by a mini-EDP dance party. Cost is $4 or $3 with Facebook confirmation and includes a boba drink. Here is the Facebook link

Dew closing for summer

We have decided to close dew for regular business starting Saturday May 23 through August 25. This is a difficult decision that ultimately came down to economics, personal bandwidth and our strong desire to be able to make Rooster the place we have dreamed about.

We love dew, love the neighborhood and especially love all the friends who support us. We love the food and are freaking out a little at the notion of a summer without a lemongrass pork sandwich (I am sensing some Rooster lunch specials coming...).

In the meantime we have been talking with musicians, dj's and film makers about opening up dew for special nights throughout the summer so please stay tuned here for details.

The only menu overlap between Rooster and dew was supposed to be boba drinks, but we will serve pho through the summer at Rooster. Hopefully we'll see you this week at dew and then in June at Rooster.

Introducing the Rooster

We have been crazy busy the last couple months planning and working towards opening a new place. We are getting close. The target opening date is June 1, but for anyone that has talked with us about Rooster - you know our plans may change once or a dozen times. This process has been incredibly exciting and stressful but I am confident you will enjoy what is emerging. The menu is going to be great and we can't wait to fire up.
